Eugene has more than 18 years of HR experience, covering a broad spectrum of HR functions. He has led HR teams across various geographies (US, Latin America, CEEMEA and Asia Pacific), working closely with regional business leaders in companies including Applied Materials, Hewlett Packard, IBM and Accenture.

Before embarking on a HR career, he was a Human Capital Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Eugene is currently the Regional HR Director at Kimberly-Clark where he leads the HR function across ASEAN-Hong Kong, and is also the HR Business Partner for the Asia Pacific Leadership Team.

Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, Eugene was the APAC HR Leader at Juniper Networks. Eugene graduated with a Business Administration degree from the National University Singapore and has a MBA (International Marketing) from Surrey University, UK.

He is an active national service army officer with the Singapore Armed Forces, and his hobbies include playing field hockey and performing with his jazz trio on electric guitar.
